Terms and Conditions on this Website refer to A&A Furnishing Company 1987 (Pty) Ltd, Registration Number 1987/000947/07, trading as A&A Furnishers, (A&A) located on the domain www.aafurnishers.co.za

When using this Website, the user (which includes purchaser) warrants and represents that the user has read and understood the policies as well as the terms and conditions and is bound thereto and uses this website at the user's own risk. The user indemnifies A&A, its directors, shareholders, employees in respect of any claims arising from, in relation to, in connection with the use hereof and the use of any product.

This Website and copyright therein is the exclusive property of A&A. No person, entity, website or business may link to this Website or part thereof without the prior written permission of A&A. No copying of this Website or any part thereof is permitted. The user of this Website may not uplift, display, use, download or copy any logos or information obtained from this Website for any purposes without the express written authorization and consent of A&A. The trademarks and copyright therein vest in A&A and/or the supplier to A&A.

All rights of A&A and/or its employees are reserved including the right to change without notice, these terms and conditions, pricing, specifications, features, descriptions as given, any or all with immediate effect. If a product is out of stock the user will be notified of the option of either waiting for stock to arrive or be given a full refund into the account from which the user initially paid within 10 business days. A&A further reserves the right to remove this Website and all its product offered with immediate effect, without notice.

If you should find offensive or untoward content on this Site, we request that you notify A&A.

Terms and Conditions, may be changed from time to time, without notice thereof, so please refer to terms and conditions before use of this Site.

When communicating by electronic means or using this website, the user acknowledges and agrees that any specific or all agreements, notifications, and disclosures satisfy all legal requirements including, but not limited to, the requirements that they be in writing.

2Product information, specifications, colour and images

Whilst every effort is made to represent the products on this Website as accurately as possible, due allowance is to be made in relation to the image/s as presented: colour differentiation, image differences as to features, specifications arising from this medium. Descriptions including features expressed are as per information advised by suppliers. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that the product ordered is correct and suitable for its intended use.

Specifications, features descriptions may be changed from to time, without notice, so please read same.

3Pricing and Availability of Product

Pricing on this Website is quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and includes prescribed Value Added Tax (VAT) presently 15%. Products are, subject to availability, for delivery within the Southern part of the Western Cape Province of South Africa and within a radius of the Cape Town City Centre. Upon checkout, you will be advised a delivery fee or requested to contact A&A for fee advice.

A&A reserves the right to amend pricing without notice as well as limit quantities of the product for sale on this Website. A&A has the right to discontinue a product/s offered on this Website, without prior notice or incurring any liability whatsoever as a result thereof. Pricing quotes may be valid for a limited time period and may only be valid for online purchases on this Website.

4Purchases and Payment

All payments must be made in South African Rand (ZAR). In making a purchase online you warrant that you are of the age of majority (18), the holder of a valid South African Visa / MasterCard payment card on/from which you may transact or have a South African bank account from which you are authorized to do an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) payment and that sufficient funds are available in the account for the payment of the goods ordered from A&A. No cheque, vouchers or cash deposits will be accepted for online purchases on this Website.

An agreement to purchase only comes about between A&A and the user when a credit card authorization for the amount is received in full from the issuing bank and reflected in A&A's bank account or an EFT payment for the full amount is reflected in A&A’s bank account, all in cleared funds, and the user receives confirmation and acceptance of the order placed online from A&A. A transaction will be refused if A&A considers it not to be legitimate. A&A's standard terms per invoice shall also apply.


Once the purchasing process has been completed A&A will deliver to specified addresses in the Cape Town and surrounding areas in the South-Western Cape only. Delivery will be between 2 to 6 working days after the user's order is paid for by a Visa/MasterCard payment or EFT, unless there is a delay in which case the user will be notified. A&A delivers Monday to Friday 09h00 to 17h00 and on Saturday from 09h00 to 13h00. No deliveries take place on Sundays or Public Holidays.

The user or agent/s for the user must facilitate receipt of the goods from A&A.

Notification of delivery to the address provided will be telephonically or electronically conveyed.

6Store Collection
To facilitate in-store collection, the user is to mark the “collection” option on the online order document. Collection may take place between 2 and 6 working days after payment as contemplated herein, subject to A&A's advices. The user must nominate the person to collect the order. Such nominee must present a copy of the order document or invoice and their Identity Document when collecting.
7Risk of Ownership
Risk in the product shall pass to the user once the user or their nominee signs for and accepts the goods ordered.
8Television (TV) Licence
It is required by law that the purchaser of a TV must have a valid TV licence in the name of the purchasing party. No order will be processed until we have verified that the TV Licence is valid and up to date, failing which the user will be refunded by payment (see 10 below). The identity number or entity Registration Number of the user is required when placing an order for a TV
All products sold are covered by their individual manufacturer’s or supplier’s warranty agreement. These may differ from one another. Service warranties do not cover misuse or malicious damage to the products.
10Returns and Refunds
A refund, should it arise, will only be made into the account from which payment was received. Any delivery, collection or restocking fees for special orders will be deducted from the amount refunded. Goods may be returned within 7 days of delivery or collection, provided that the products are in their original packaging, undamaged, unused and all attachments, parts and manuals are included.
11Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. All the information gathered in/on the online purchase forms on this Website is used to personally identify users that use this Website service. Personal information will only be supplied to law enforcement agencies and as may be required by law or subpoenas requesting A&A to do so. We may use your details for in-house emailing of promotions and offers to you.

This Website may collect certain information about your visit, such as the name of the Internet service provider and the Internet Protocol (IP) address through which you access the Internet; the date and time you access this Website; and pages that you access while on this Website. This information may be used to help improve the Website, analyse trends, and administer the Website.

The information gathered by the Website will not be used for anything other than which is stated herein in the use for this service. By using this Website, you signify your acceptance of the Company's Privacy Policy.

Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Saturday 8am to 1pm

Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.

This Website is operated and hosted in the Republic of South Africa. It is governed by the Laws of South Africa. Inter alia, The Consumer Protection Act “CPA” and the Electronic Communication and Transactions Act “ECT” applies.
