We have partnered with "Paygate" and "Standard Bank" who facilitate all our EFT, and card transactions. Card payments are processed with PCI DSS certified systems, and are passed for 3D secure authentication. EFT payments are made with "SID Instant EFT" (also facilitated through Paygate) and your usual internet banking security will protect you throughout the transaction
1Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver to selected addresses in Cape Town and the surrounding areas. Please contact us if you are located outside of these areas and we will try to assist you
2What are your delivery rates?
Once your delivery details are inserted into the checkout form, you will be able to see the delivery rates to your area
3When will I receive my order?
Once we have received payment, delivery will take place within 2 – 6 working days. We will contact you to ensure that a convenient delivery time is arranged on issue of your invoice. If an item in your order is out of stock, we will inform you of the product's lead time.
4Can I pick up my order in-store?
Yes, delivery details in the checkout form can be left blank for in-store pickups

1Do you stock products that are not listed on this website?
Yes. We list some of our best selling products on our website, but you can find our full range in store. We are also able to source any product, not currently in stock, from our listed suppliers. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you cannot find what you are looking for
2Am I covered by the manufacturers' warranty?
We only sell products covered by the official agents'/manufacturers' warranties

5Why do I require a TV licence when purchasing a TV?
It is a legal requirement to have a valid TV licence before purchasing a TV in South Africa
Ordering & Payment
1How do I receive an invoice?
Once you have placed an order and we have received full payment, a sales consultant will issue and send a tax invoice to the provided email address during our business hours. If the invoice needs to be made out to a company, please provide your VAT number and business details when filling out your order form
2What type of payment do you accept?
We accept payment via EFT, Visa, or MasterCard. Payment on our site is facilitated by "Paygate" and "Standard Bank"
3How do I invoice my company?
When filling out the order form, click "Bill to Company" and provide your company name and VAT number
Returns & Refunds
1Can I return my online purchase?
Yes, you may return your online purchases provided it is within 7 days from receipt of goods. In order to qualify for a refund, the goods must be returned to our store in mint condition, and in its original packaging with all its manuals and accessories. Should it be requested, we will pick up the goods (standard delivery rates apply). No refunds of delivery fees can be made. Refunds can only be made into the account from which payment was originally made.
2What do I do if I find my goods are defective?
If your purchase was within six months of delivery, we will facilitate the repair or exchange of the product, or give you a full refund into the account from which you originally paid. We may refer the goods to the respective official agent's/manufacturer's technical department for assessment prior to repairing, replacing or refunding the product.
3When will the official agents/manufacturer’s warranty not apply?
Warranties are void in the following scenarios: When damage is caused by misuse or abuse of the goods; When damage is caused by power surges; when the goods are used for a purpose other than the purpose for which they are manufactured; accidental damage; or when the goods are used contrary to the instruction manual directives.
